JoLynn Meade and Misty Pohly have been working together for the last seven years.  Together they have over 30 years experience in education.  They left the classroom to be Independent Instructional Coaches 3 years ago.  They traveled across Region 13 helping classroom teachers be successful.  As coaches, JoLynn and Misty understood the need for new strategies for the professional learning community and new teacher programs. 

Their desire for Flippin' PD 4 Teachers is to provide learning strategies for teachers without losing instructional time!  The Flipped Classroom model works because teachers do not lose time planning for a sub and  students do not lose valuable instruction from the teacher while the teacher gets new strategies together in their professional learning community!
